Draft for review before launch. This document describes the current PlayersHub preview. A final service agreement, legal entity and commercial terms must be confirmed before a production service is offered.
1. Introduction
PlayersHub is being developed as a workspace for football Player Care teams. The current website includes a fictional sample workspace for exploring player-linked work, checklists and practical arrangements.
Questions about this preview or a proposed club deployment can be sent to [email protected]. This draft does not establish a paid subscription or a production service commitment.
2. Definitions
In this draft, “PlayersHub” means the product preview and related public website. “Club” means an organisation evaluating the product. “User” means a person accessing the preview. “Sample data” means fictional records supplied for demonstration.
3. Scope of use
The preview is provided for evaluation and discussion. Any production use will require a separate agreement describing the service, responsibilities and applicable terms.
A written agreement signed by the relevant parties will take precedence over this preview document.
4. Access to the preview
You may explore the sample workspace for a legitimate evaluation purpose. Features and sample records may change during development.
Production authentication and private document storage are not connected. Do not enter real player, family, employee or supplier information into the sample workspace.
5. Product features
The sample illustrates a selection of workflows. A screen or illustration is not a promise that a corresponding production feature, integration or service is available.
The scope of any club deployment, support arrangement and availability commitment must be agreed separately.
6. User responsibilities
Use the preview lawfully and avoid interfering with its operation or other visitors. Do not upload unlawful material, confidential club information or content you are not entitled to use.
You are responsible for using fictional information in the demo and for checking practical arrangements through your club's normal procedures.
7. Commercial terms
Pricing and packaging are still being determined. Visiting the website or exploring the sample does not create a paid subscription.
Any fees, payment schedule, cancellation arrangements or refund terms will be set out in a future agreement before a paid service begins.
8. Intellectual property
Access to the preview does not transfer ownership of its software, brand artwork or other materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights.
Do not use the PlayersHub name or artwork in a way that implies an endorsement or partnership without permission.
9. Confidentiality
The public demo is not a channel for sharing confidential information. Contact the PlayersHub team before providing sensitive material during a product discussion.
Confidentiality and data processing obligations for a production deployment must be agreed in the relevant contracts.
10. Evaluation and reliance
The preview is a demonstration and may contain incomplete or illustrative functionality. Do not rely on it as the sole record of a live player care arrangement.
A production agreement will need to define warranties, responsibilities and liability in a way appropriate to the service and applicable law.
11. Ending access
The public preview may be updated, replaced or withdrawn during development. Sample changes stored in your browser can be cleared through your browser's site-data controls.
Retention, export and deletion arrangements for a production workspace will be described before live club information is accepted.
12. Applicable law
The contracting legal entity, governing law and dispute arrangements must be confirmed as part of the final production terms. This draft should be reviewed for the intended markets before publication as an operative agreement.
Nothing in this preview document is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Updates to this document
This draft will be revised as the product and operating arrangements are confirmed. Review the final version before entering into a production agreement.
